Party Wall Agreement – When the neighbours are both in agreement, we can oversee the process.  This includes;

• Draft and serve notice(s)
• Undertake a Schedule of Condition
• Bind together all the relevant documents and provide a copy to each neighbour.

The price for a Party Wall Agreement is a Fixed Fee of £350.

Where there are 2 or more neighbours each neighbour may take a different approach, therefore, there might be a combination of PW Agreements and Awards.
